If you have not yet received an email from us with a 'sign up' link after making your purchase - and it has been more than 15 minutes since you received your purchase receipt from Stripe, and you have already checked your email spam folder, please contact us and we help get your website account created.

If you have not received an email from Stripe or from us relating to your purchase, it is possible that there was a problem with your payment on Stripes systems. Please note that we do not process or store any payment method details within this website...

Please contact Stripe directly regarding any payment issues as our systems will only ever receive a notification from Stripe with your email and purchase details once Stripe has successfully processed your payment.
