Log In To Your Website Account
Please use the email address you originally used to create your account as your Visual Reading Online services are tied to that email address.
If you have forgotten your password please request a magic link and login to your account and then reset your password within your profile.
You should have received a link by email to create your website account password either when you made a purchase from us or when you were allocated your Visual Reading course through the DSA process.
If you have not yet received an email from us with a 'sign up' link after making your purchase - and it has been more than 15 minutes since you received your purchase receipt from Stripe, and you have already checked your email spam folder, please contact us and we help get your website account created.
Please contact Stripe directly regarding any payment issues as our systems will only ever receive a notification from Stripe with your email and purchase details once Stripe has successfully processed your payment.
